| - NOT a fan of the obnoxious cheering whenever someone signs up for their rewards program. The sign-up process also massively slows down the line as people peck at the tablet display inputting their information. I much prefer how the grocery stores just hand you a card, or speciality stores just ask for your email, and then you can go online later to fill out the information.
That said, the store is extremely clean, bright, and well-stocked with a variety of organizational home goods and similar items (office, gift wrap, cleaning items, and more).
The employees seemed pretty happy with their jobs overall (I've read they treat their employees well, like Costco or Trader Joe's). Parking was pretty easy in the evening, though I didn't get a front-and-center space as they seem to still be doing brisk business in their grand opening phase.
The store is a nice, upscale compliment to Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples, and the home sections of Marshalls and Macy's. Their pricing isn't cheap (check out the absolutely fantastic custom closets) but they are very likely to have what you need!
My purchase? A $4 pack of silicone-covered clothes pins (hoping these won't leave claw/bite/clamp marks as they seem properly padded).
