I've been coming here for 6 years. Since I moved to the area. It's honestly such a hit or miss. You either get amazing service or crappy service. The owner is quite rude, and I always hate getting him. He rushes if you're not HIS regular, and he overall isn't the friendliest. His wife is extremely sweet. She's never been anything less than pleasant & professional. My old lady was amazing but sadly left over a year ago. They seem to only keep their workers for so long and I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of the male owner. I always and regularly go here exclusively for gel pedicures. Today I walked in and asked the male owner for 2 pedicures. Apparently he and another lady were the only 2 people working. He responded to my request with "can't". Aka he didn't have anyone to service me and my friend? He was doing a full set but his worker was just standing there starring at me. I replied by saying "you cant?". He then said "nobody can do it, there's nobody here to do it". I looked at the standing lady and he then proceeded to tell her something in another language. She then approached me and said "2 pedicures? Okay, come here". I just responded with "uhhh no thanks, he said nobody could do it, there's nobody here to help me". She said "oh I can do it" but I walked out. That experience was the shittiest that I've ever experienced at ANY nail salon. If you're UNDERSTAFFED because YOU didn't schedule enough people or YOU'RE short on certain days, then just explain that you only have 1 person working for you and it will be a wait. Me and my friend had no problem waiting or taking turns to receive pedicures. We were in no rush. We weren't requesting pedicures at the same time. We just wanted pedicures! But the owner simply telling me that nobody could help me and I couldn't get a pedicure was pathetic. Don't even open up if you can't service people properly. Never returning again. And I'm sure they won't miss my $80 a month. I'm certainly not their highest paying customer, but they certainly lost a loyal customer. Thanks for directing me out the door and on to BLAZIN NAILS across the parking lot!
