  • I called the store to make an appointment to potentially purchase a new Mac. The guy told me they don't make appointments for purchase. Well, I know that they do, because my husband did this last year when my son needed a new computer. I told him I did not want to wait in line for an hour. He told me they really weren't that busy at this time of year, or if I came early in the day then I shouldn't have to wait too long. So now I am going to go to the Microsoft store, see what they can do for me, then see if Apple can compare. Love some of the Apple products, but the stores are a brutal experience.
