  • We went in expecting a quiet empty place, but it was packed! A bit of a wait, but it was so neat to watch. The items are made in a mixer right in front of your eyes with liquid nitrogen. Transforms your creation and brings it to life! Interesting concept... the choices are endless. It's cool like that! I like being able to select choices like agave or almond milk. It wasn't the best smoothie/ice cream I've ever eaten, but it was neat. Excellent spot to take kids of all ages. It would be a nice field trip concept or a homeschool group, church group, or school class. It's a small location, and needs a bit of interior cosmetic work, but the place does a great job. Easy to find in the mall ring circle near Panera Bread @ Galleria Mall. Plan on ~$10 per person... seems high, but different items/options added on and cost more. We'll definitely be back.
