  • I recently brought my car in for repair here as it is an authorized repair facility for my insurance company. From start to finish I was highly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I have never needed this kind of repair work done and I was intimidated by the process as well as how it works with insurance etc. They did a great job of explaining everything. I know it isnt always easy to put yourself in someone elses shoes when they know the industry inside and out so I really appreciated their patience with my questions. They didn't make me feel silly at all for not knowing all the steps we'd have to take. When I brought my car in for an appraisal they tried to do a "pre-order" so that they'd have the parts ready for my appointment later in the week but the damage was too much for them to do that. It is good though that they try to do that for simpler repairs as it would ultimately save the customer time. When I brought my car in a few days later, I overheard they have shuttle service to the train for those who don't have a rental vehicle or other transportation. In my case, they called the rental company for me so I could be picked up quickly. That was really handy. Within a few hours they had assessed my car fully and submitted it to my insurance company. They called to let me know all that had been done and they'd await word from my insurance. I appreciated being kept in the loop. Unfortunately a week or so later the insurance company opted to write off the car :(. When I returned to pick up my belongings from my car they were really helpful and took me out to their yard to find the car. A nice service man in the parking lot directed me where to go and another man offered to help me transfer my belongings from one car to the other. I hope I never need body repair to future vehicles but if I do, I would definitely bring these guys my business. They are top notch, very professional and organized (you should see their filing/job system on their office wall-its a colour coders dream). One added touch...they have a wrinkle dog as part of their logo/brand (WE take out the wrinkles is their slogan). Not only do they have a stuffed animal version in their reception area but as a dog person I was delighted to see that there is a resident real wrinkle dog roaming the lobby and office area. It kept to itself and seemed to be supervising everyone which I thought was great :)
