If you have a toddler younger than the the age of 7, good luck trying to jump with them. God forbid you have fun with your kid here. I understand it's a liability issue, but I spent a good amount of money and my kid did not even get to enjoy himself because he wanted me to jump with him.
He was also confined to a small jump area and no where else, so he ended up very upset because of this. This place is definitely not worth the money if you have a toddler. The rules are way too constricting. Especially with all of the ridiculous info you have to give them, (name, address, phone number, email, age, etc...). We should be able to jump with our kids in a safe and fun manner if we wish.
I am not the only one who was upset about this, either. Every other parent of a toddler I met here had the same argument.
