  • Thank you for making our experience great! It was time for me to get a new wedding ring, so we decided to stop at this location since this is where we bought my last one. The employees were all very friendly, and the the lady helping me pick the one was very attentive and showed me all the options I had based on what I told her liked and wanted. I found the "one" after trying on a few and so we proceeded with checking out. My husband ended up buying a watch as well as we were checking out.. We paid and were told it would take two weeks for the ring to arrive since I had to get it resized. I patiently waited and they called me a day before the actual arrival date saying my ring was in store, yay! Overall I'm very happy with the customer service we received on both visits and so therefore we will continue coming to this Kay Jewelers! Oh and I LOVE MY RING :)
