  • HUGE THUMBS DOWN!!! Don't expect anything resembling customer service here! Ruined SIX expensive custom-tailored shirts ($180 each) because they don't have a clue how to pre-treat collars and cuffs. Stains were not removed properly and then were permanently set as they were heat pressed in. The owner was EXTREMELY RUDE, refused to take any responsibility, and his response was "so sue me". Instead of a recommendation I'm now giving him what he deserves---a HUGE PUBLIC THUMBS DOWN. Faulty math, because instead of doing the right thing and taking some responsibility, he's now going to lose not just one good customer but MANY.
