  • The place was busy with board for a waiting list. We were promptly seated. The service was speedy but the problem came when we were served with the wrong dish. My was right and my friend's was wrong. We had to get servers attention where no utemcil, chopsticks, nor soup spoon were offered. Pleaded for their attention and got slightly flustered telling them we couldn't eat with our hand and his order was wrong. Took it back and finally his Bun Bo Hue came and it looked strange because there is no lemongrass chili sauce and it is the exactly the same with Pho. Called the server and gave us a dirty look saying the sauce were on the side and we got to mix it ourselves (first time ever in Vietnamese rest and my buddy is a owner of Viet rest). Broth is decent, food was decent, the service was as rude as one can be. I really should raise the issues with the manager but my friend told me NOT to do so. No apology was given for all the mistakes. Typical rude Las Vegas service that this city is famous for.
