  • I was very happy with this place... the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice gentleman (possibly the owner) who asked if I have been there before (which I haven't) and then he explained to me the products they use, how they do it, and what I could expect from their services. When he told me, "we don't outsource, everything is done right here" I knew I had found the dry cleaners I wanted. My previous experience using a very big and popular eco-clean place resulted in much frustration when my same-day articles were not ready same-day, and when I needed my things back, they had to call the boss who had my clothes in their van someplace too far away to be able to give me my clothes back same day... I had to wait til the next day, just to pick up my dirty clothes. So, basically, Permaclean DOES NOT OUTSOURCE, and this is awesome. My clothes turned out beautifully as well.
