  • I called Mike from Merit early this morning and he made every effort to make our home a priority due to the fact, we had to completely turn off the water to the entire house. He called to give me his approximate ETA and sure enough, he was right on the money. He did a thorough inspection of our home to rationalize a huge roof leak directly above our kitchen........no pipes on the roof....water heater was good to go....filtration system was good plus the entire irrigation to our lawn was assessed.....He was totally flummoxed but due to perseverance, grit and past experience he concluded the problem was with the neighbors irrigation system which was shooting water at least 14 feet into the air and flooding my roof...holy moly.........case solved! I admire his tenacity as well as his professionalism.......Thumbs up to Merit Plumbing!
