  • I booked a 45 mins sweedish massage. I was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment, however after filing out the form I had to wait there for another 15 minutes while the RMT was setting up the room. I asked the girl at the reception, is he going to give me 45 minutes because he is already late by 10 minutes. I was surprised about the fact that the room was not ready although my appointment was confirmed. I was given 35 minutes massage although I was charged for 45 minutes. I had a horrible experience altogether.
