I wanted to leave when I sat down and saw skin and finger nails on the table next to my chair. They also reuse their tools. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure- they kept insisting I try their new dip. I asked for pricing and was quoted $80. Before they started my manicure, I inquired if I was going to get cuticle treatment as I would with a gel. Instead of answering the question directly- she kept saying she was going to do the dip- I was very specific that if I was going to pay extra for cuticle treatment, that I would not want the dip- I would prefer a regular manicure. She finally said she would do "both for me." This was a very awkward conversation to have in front of the whole salon. I'm not a difficult customer, I would just like upfront selling. You guessed it, when I left she charged me $93. I was to eager to leave that I didn't even question it.
