  • I have been to about 6 Babies r us across the GTA and outside and this location has been by far the best experience I have ever had. They ACTUALLY have staff that know the products, is helpful and prompt, and were the only store that can provide an item check on the phone without hanging up on me 5 times over a wait time of 30 minutes! There are a number of kind sales associates to help so you don't have to wait at the cash desk for long, and they seem to have the largest selection of products on the shelf compared to other store I've been to.
