  • Came in to the restaurant, seated, and given a wine list. No one came after that to take care of my order or even asked for my drink order. I was there for a bussiness trip but I was alone since my colleague left the day before. 15 minutes went by, NO ONE served me water or even asked me my order, not even gave me a dinner menu (I had to ask myself, even so, no one took care of my order, even after I tried to catch their attention). A group of 4 people came in. A waiter IMMEDIATELY asked for their drink order!!! Is one person bussiness not as important as 4 people? Is this how you treat your customer? My night was ruined and I was disappointed! I told the ladies at the front desk about it and they said "really?" as if they did not believe me. I left the restaurant because I felt that I was treated unfair and that my business was not important. Who wants to eat their food after that? I work for a large coorporate company and I don't recommend your restaurant at all to my colleagues, an yes, we do a lot of of business in Vegas!
