| - First impression of the apartments were good. We didn't hesitate to lock in our apartment. The community was awesome. We were eager to move in. We were told we could move in on the 26th but we could see the apartment on the 23rd. Well we didn't get to see our apartment before we moved in. On the 23rd, we called before we went and were told the carpets needed to be washed and to give it a few hours for it to dry. We were unable to see it because they never showed up to clean the carpet. We were promised we'd be able to see the apartment the next day. We get a call on the 24th advising that it wasn't ready, they needed to remove the carpet and add new vinyl flooring. We were happy to get new flooring, and they said it would be available for view the next day on the 25th before the end of the day. They confirmed we could see it before the end of the day, just to receive another call back stating it wasn't ready. The tub and shower needed to be resurfaced as well as the desk. The flooring still wasn't ready. We were beyond frustrated. We had already packed up the uhaul and had had everything arranged to move in. They promised we could move in first thing in the morning on the 26th. I called to make sure it was ready before we drove there, Don answered and advised his manager told him to tell me it would be ready later in the afternoon. They didn't even have the audacity to call me. I had to make the calls.. They also advised we couldn't use the shower or tub for 24 hours. We have small children so it was frustrating but we mad it work. We moved in and it was not move in ready. The appliances are ANCIENT. The fridge was not working properly. The water dispenser didn't work, the dishwasher wasn't even installed correctly. You open the door and it falls out! HOW UNSAFE!!!!! The AC wasn't working properly and there was a loud and disturbing noise when you would turn it on. The drains were clogged in 2 sinks, the faucet in the shower only has the option to have a hot shower and not warm or cold. So you have to take a scorching hot water or just settle for a bath every day. The place wasn't clean. Had to go in and clean everything myself and they charge you a $350 cleaning and decorating fee when you reserve your apartment!!!!!! There was nasty dust coming from the vents, maybe that's why our entire family is sick now. I let them know about all the problems that same day. They put in the work orders and treated the problems as if it's no big deal. They promised it would get done the next day. Nothing was done the next day. Same issues. I went back, They promised it would get done again the next day. The third day, again nothing was done. Went back to complain and also put in MORE work orders because it's just one thing after another. I received an email stating they resolved the problems but nothing was actually done! So finally they come the 4th day, replaced the dishwasher with another ancient appliance. Fixed the AC and that's it. Now the washing machine isn't working, I went to start a load this morning and the entire laundry room was flooded just minutes later. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE??!! You should CAREFULLY inspect these apartments before you move anyone in! It definitely wasn't move in ready. It's been nothing but a headache dealing with management. Nice apartments and nice area, but it's time to remodel or replace these appliances, it's not cheap to live here! Still waiting on things to get fixed. Low water pressure in the entire apartment. I call and talk to Desiree about it. Yet nothing is done! Management doesn't care about your problems. Truly on your own. Our apartment flooded due to their old non working appliances. Ruined our sons brand new mattress. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
