  • While living in a property managed by Terra West, the customer service was mostly satisfactory. Upon moving out I received most of my deposit back. Five months after I thought everything was settled, they sent me a revised bill for $525. The bill was for moving items that they assured me was fine to leave behind. Do not trust anything they tell you unless it is in very clear writing. Document everything when you move in and everything when you move out. They will try to bill you for every small issue with costs far exceeding the actual cost.
