  • So I moved into a new house. This guy stopped by and wanted to talk to me about water softeners. So I set up an appointment with him to come back. They called to confirm the appointment and when they found out that my wife was not going to be there they canceled the appointment. Really wanted to buy there product but glade I did not. If they don't care about loosing a sale then I wonder if they would have taken care of me after the sale. I don't understand if someone is in business to sell water softeners then why would they cancel. Does not make any since to me.
