  • This is my first time to come to Tuffy Auto Center and the experience is AMAZING..!!! I was used to go to NTB/TIRE KINGDOM for years and they changed Managers so often that I lost confidence and trust in them. I was referred to try Tuffy Auto last week, and the Store Manager, Scott Brenner is awesome and the mechanic at the front desk is also very professional and knowledgeable. All staff at the back when I drove by were waving and smiling. This is a great shop to do the car fix. Although it looks like it is a very small unit, it is good enough for any car services. I went there for my oil change.. Oh, My Goodness.. It literally did not take them 30 minutes to get it done. I was waiting for hours when I was at the TIRE KINGDOM.. no kidding.. I was amazed how it was done so efficiently when I am getting ready to hit the road to work. Amazing staff and services and the new Management is also a part of the contributing factor for this success. I would greatly recommend others to go there. The pricing is very reasonable and the services are great. The store Manager, Scott, has a very accommodating and professional in his services provided. I will change my car inspection to this Tuffy Auto place. It is the SERVICES and the WORK DONE which count. No doubt to recommend this store...
