  • This business epitomizes what customer service should be. My spouse gets his glasses made here and has had only praise for this place. I bought a pair of glasses in Taiwan last year and sat on my glasses a few weeks ago ... They fixed them for me here - they had to re-thread the lens on to the frame. Free of charge. This will draw me back to purchase my next pair of glasses. It is so refreshing that there still exists a quality level of customer service.
