  • Customer service here sucks. The woman who helped us two nights ago was too busy flirting with her Co-worker than to give us the proper order for the ice cream. You would think they want people to come back and buy more ice cream and keep their jobs. But I guess for this young lady working at Cold Stones is Just Over Broke. Sad that management doesn't hire quality people for quality customer service.
