  • Place could be better for what they charge decor and tv's are outdated. Front desk clerk Larry Williams is a real tool. My first stay there I made a reservation for a smoking room and at check in a specifically ask for a smoking room. Larry assured me that was what I was getting, however when I get to the room it was non-smoking and had I smoked I would have been charged a fee. I call this jerk who tells me they have no more smoking rooms dispite my reservation and the lie he told about getting smoking room he then asked me to dial him back in 5mins and magically a room is available which was a downgrade. The next time I stayed here I made a reservation over the phone several hours prior to arriving at the hotel. Reservation was made by same guy Larry but when I get there no reservation for me, he proceeds to remake the reservation instead of just checking me in this process takes over 30 mins and this DOUCHE is grinning his smarmy little grin the whole time. Either this this guy is a frickin Idiot or just a colossal asshole. If you want good customer service here check in during the day otherwise you get a moron who doesn't do his job properly.
