  • Just made it back to Alabama after a 1 week stay in vegas!! Stratosphere was an amazing hotel. We received a free upgrade and had no problems at all. It's not walking distance from the strip so we used left (just like uber). There is a Walgreens on the corner of the hotel which is open 24hrs. Make sure you sign up for the casino card to receive discounts thru out the hotel. Check out is at 11am but our flight didn't leave til 9pm. We were able to leave our luggage with the bell hop until the limo came to pick us up. Make sure you go up to the of the hotel...guest receive free unlimited tower entrance. The tower has a wonderful view of Vegas and you can watch everyone do the thrill rides. There are 2 pools...the 8th floor is the family pool and the 24th floor is for adult only (topless) there is a McDonald's, Chicago dog hut, Asia, Italian and a diner in the hotel...also a small buffet. Right outside there is a Dennys, I hop, taco place, burger King and a taco truck on the corner across from Walgreens.
