  • Wow, have only flown American Airlines, prior to this date, and will now be changing to other. Same flight delayed twice, for 4 hrs, because the officer on the plane decided to not show up for work, and they can not find a replacement. Seems to be a common trend that the American flight crew out of CLT, does not like to show up to work. Flight to the right of me was cancelled because the crew didn't show up, and on the other side flight delayed because of no crew.... Just change return flight home to southwest. Really disappointing.
