Maintenance service is incredibly slow. I first submitted the request through resident login but no one came to fix. Then the 4th day I called the leasing office twice, they said they would follow up the the maintenance team but still no one showed up. Plus the office staff is not that friendly and hung up my call. I don't know how long it takes to just fix the clogged bath tub. The apartment here is really fancy and so are the amenities but I don't think the service is worth the rent.
