  • Like someone else pointed out..... the prime rib was tasteless: it had not been properly seasoned prior to cooking and needed a lot of salt and pepper to give it taste. Even the Au Jus lacked flavor. I am 54 years old and consider myself a prime rib expert, eating it at least 10 times per year and often cooking it myself. The quality of the meat was acceptable with good marbling in the field worthy of a somewhat USDA Prime grade but the chef FAILED to season the meat which rendered a tasteless steak. No flavor!!!!! No fresh ground pepper or salt or rosemary for flavor!!!! WTF!!!!!! for $60???... WTF!!!! The lobster was nice sized and just ok in flavor... once again lacked seasoning!!!!. The asparagus was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning. The twice baked potato was kind of lame. The table salad served by some guy was PERFECT!!! Our waiter suggested an" Old Fashioned" for a dinner drink...... the guy was a genius!, wow.... better than wine with dinner..... really great bite and flavor!!! The service was very good/excellent and the décor and ambiance is the best that I've been to in Vegas... so peaceful and relaxing. BOTTOM LINE: for a $300 dinner I'd rather drive the extra distance or take a UBER or LYFT to Tuscany Grill in Henderson... still the best prime rib I have ever had, not as romantic or classy but prime rib so tasty and seasoned I still remember it the first time I had it 5 years ago. I most likely wont be back........
