  • I rarely write bad reviews as I understand the impact to small businesses. In this case I feel the need to let people know about my experience. After asking the gentleman 4X to slow down with the power tool, he finally cut my finger, looked at me and said "why are you bleeding", my response, " um...because you cut me". He goes back to work, about 15 seconds later, he does it again! I said no more, had him file as best he could. No apology, just, " it will heal in a few days". I had to ask for a clean cotton ball and alcohol to clean the areas. My pedicure was great but I had to argue with the owner that the gratuity was not to be split with him.
