  • One star by force. Can someone please tell me how an employee by the name of Betsy is still allowed to work there. She is very rude and unprofessional. She assaults customers. And has a bad attitude. I have seen her assault and full on fight a customer right before my very own eyes. I stayed at Treasure Island and needed to pick up a few things from the store. So apparently because I went in my pajamas at night she assumes I'm stealing. Following me around and sending other employees to approach me and ask if I need help. I am black so I guess she assumes because I am of color I'm stealing. Well the same time I was there someone was making their way out of the store. She follows them grabs their bag and has a full of fight with them. The customer runs out after being hit several times in the face. I was surprised is this even legal? Anyways I go to the hotel side to check out go figure she has to check me out because she gave another employee their break. She had an attitude and even more when I didn't understand why I didn't have to enter my pin!! On the machine if u don't like your job leave! Find one perhaps where u don't work with customers. I will never shop here again because of what I witnessed and how I was treated!!
