  • Went to the office on Tenaya one time. That was one time too many. The PA that met with me was rude and arrogant. I wanted to discuss a skin condition I had to explore my options, she walked in and said "What do you want to do?" When I told her I though that's why I was there she said "well your insurance won't pay of it" and never any discussion. I left frustrated, and upset with myself that I didn't ask to see someone else. I waited 6 weeks for the appointment. Wasted so much of my time!
