My brother took me here because he heard good things about their burgers. The four of us came here for lunch, and got their specialty HK burgers.
Liked: service, upscale ambiance
Disliked: the price
Meh: the food, which is what I am paying for. The burger itself was fairly bland and the meat was dry. The fries were okay. We got some add ons like the truffle mayo, gruyèr, wild mushrooms, but why do we have to pay more and more to add more and more in the hopes of making this burger more than merely okay?
Thank you Chef Keller, but I think it's time to update your 50/50 kobe and angus blend to something more worthwhile of your name and reputation.
