  • I thought going through PrimeMail would save both time and money over going to Walgreens monthly. It might be slightly cheaper, but it is certainly just as time consuming. Customer Service is terrible. In the past I have had to call multiple times to get refills completed, spending 25 minutes each time. Today a refill, again an attitude,15 minutes and it was like pulling teeth to get the representative to quote the price, and then another 5 minutes to confirm the doctor's location. UNACCEPTABLE!
