  • What a great company. I judge a company about how they fix problems because there will always be problems but not everyone handles them correctly. I rented a machine from them this past weekend and it did not work for me. When I returned it they refunded me the money and apologized very professionally. Turns out it worked for them so I must have done something wrong, but nevertheless they offered great customer service.
