  • The customer who said no stars should be available is right, they are horrible. First off it takes you an hour to get to anyone on the phone. I needed my package for a party tonight and it arrived at their facility in plenty of time but it's still sitting at their facility three days later and not delivered. That is totally unacceptable. I would advise companies not to use this company for deliveries. Very bad service.
