I will be moving my money to a Credit Union where I was before. Husband and i made two payment to the same company, called BofA was told they would mail a dispute letter, which I received it, filled it out and mailed it back in addition got on via email which I filled out and emailed back the payment was credited to the acct, got another email before the Holidays asking if all had been resolved I said yes which is was got my money back all was great. A week later they debited the same amount on the acct again they took it back WTF! Why no letter no email as to why. Called the Dispute dept, was on hold for an hour and ten minutes at that point I was just curious if they would ever answer, the Rep instructed me to go to the Branch share the info and ask them to call which the Rep gave me the number, the Branch Rep would not do it stated it was to be completed by me again via telephone. WTF all I want is my money that belongs to me what a joke they are. Will take my fiancial business elsewhere and will not recommend BofA again. BTW this is not the first error they made and would not pay for the late fees they created. should of left then
