  • Bill and his team went above and beyond in helping us find our new home in the Valley. We were out-of-state buyers and they worked with our limited travel schedule locating homes for our viewing based on very particular criteria. They researched data on all the homes we viewed and were very informative on each property. With Bill's experience, expertise, negotiation skills and professionalism, we were successful buyers. The transaction was not an easy one as we were backup buyers. With Bill handling our offer very cautiously, we were the successful buyers. He was even able to negotiate a better price to make the purchase more attractive. The support staff and team were awesome, always ready and available to answer our questions, provide research and follow through as promised. We would not hesitate to use Bill and his team for future real estate needs as well as recommend him to friends and family.
