  • This Chipotle was a mess from the get go. Came in for a quick dinner tonight and we were very dissatisfied from start to finish. The people on the line were not very friendly and the service was extremely slow. The food was just ok but my wife and I agreed that the chicken on her tacos and the steak on my burrito were bland like it wasn't even seasoned. The guac was all just huge chunks of avocado and you guessed it...bland. Also, they packed every single persons order to go...didn't even ask if we were dining in or carrying out. It's like they didn't want to have to clean up the little baskets that the burritos and tacos come in. Anyway back to the state of the restaurant. The men's room had no paper towels to dry my hands after I washed them. The napkin dispensers were all completely empty. Most of the tables were still dirty from previous diners. All of this coupled with unfriendly staff and below average food was enough to put this Chipotle on the do not go back list. Just a bad experience overall.
