An experience you must have. First the selection of foods i was lost as i did not know what to have. The ambience is relaxed, dynamic and all about food. The open cuisine give you a peek of what to expect. I am a person that experience food visually first ,when that is satisfied the taste buds come in hand .
We were 3 persons , waited in line to get seated ( reservation is a must especially at night) , the waitress was very pleasant and professional helped us get our selection in order. We shared the bison temaki, the salad and bison tongue all tasty and very well presented. I took the foie gras burger, what a taste !! simply delicious but gigantic . One of my friends took the Duck in a Can ; definitely my pick for next visit. We shared different selection of deserts , my favourite was the tarte au sucre. Wine selection is good but prices are on the higher end; with such a culinary experience a good wine or a beer will complement the dishes. One of my best places in Montreal. Will definitely return and i highly recommend it.
