Excellent Restaurant in downtown Calgary. Located in the Hotel Le Germain Calgary. Decor is modern and simple. Beer selection is nice, and has a good wine list. The star of the show, however, is the Meat. I had the pork chop that was cooked perfectly, with cheese grits that were a bit different than the grits I am used to in the US. the grits were more whole, not coarse ground. My friend had the smoked prime rib, and to him it was the best prime rib he had ever had. We had to skip dessert, as we had the Chef's Choice Charcuterie Board, and the thing was massive as well as excellent. Overall a fine dining experience.
