  • The absolute worst body shop in the Tempe area. I highly recommend going to pcc collision to see Paul instead. Paul at pcc runs the best shop in town hands down. These guys at auto crafters are the worst people in town. Old run down building with a showroom car that's leaking anti freeze. I went there for an estimate after I got backed into. Yes my bumper had a tiny dent before and I was not looking to screw the lady over that hit me had she only hit my bumper since it already had be dinged up. The reason I contacted her insurance was because she pushed my bumper up into my truck bed and caused 3,000$ worth of damage to my bed. The old douche there told me that I should call her and settle for a couple hundred bucks and call it even because I did the damage myself. I was literally flabbergasted when he said this, told him to kick rocks and didn't even wait to see what he bid it at. I wasn't looking to drive all around town that day and was looking to bring my business to him due to the good reviews but that was a mistake. Never again will I ever contact this body shop who is going to tell me what my car looked like before it was hit. Paul at pcc has handled absolutely everything for me from the time I first went to his shop. From insurance to parts, to price, to rentals, to keeping me up to date. PCC all the way!! Total dicks at auto crafters.
