  • I'm sorry to have to post this review, but I was not impressed. This spa needs to be updated! It's outdated, and the finishes are lacking. First of all, they got my reservation wrong and weren't really too worried about fixing it. The walk to and from the front desk, locker room and treatment rooms was super long. The women's jacuzzi tub had regular pool plaster so I'm pretty sure my bathing suit might be roughed up. It talks about comfortable surroundings, but everything was hard and no pillows anywhere. The massage therapists were very nice, but the locker room attendant was hard to understand. The wave room was just a room with blue lights. The area to get ready after showering was not comfortable.... The counter was too high and they need some stools. Considering the amount of money spent and the fact that it is Vegas, I'm surprised it wasn't a little more luxurious.
