  • I had been hearing great things about Tracy Dempsey all over the valley and started to follow her on Instagram. The images of the food alone left me drooling and super excited to get my grubby little hands on some goodies. Finally, during a recent trip, the stars aligned and I was able to stop by the shop. I brought both my husband and my sister-in-law, so that we could try a few items. I can't remember what my SIL got, but my husband got a chocolate flourless cake and I got a Red Velvet Ding Dong and a coffee shortbread cookie. Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat our treats until the next day, but the Red Velvet Ding Dong was just ok. The cake seemed dry and the frosting was just ok. However, the shortbread cookie was delicious and we loved the flourless chocolate cake. I'd definitely love to try a few other desserts and will be back.
