  • I had eaten at Todds a few times over the course of the past 10 years and it was always a pleasant experience. Going there on Valentines Day was totally different. Made reservations, weren't seated on time, but noticed an empty booth obviously waiting for a regular open for 20 minutes. My husband confronted the manager/assuming part owner (female) and she basically shrugged her shoulders and said it's Valentines Day, what do you expect? I don't know, maybe an apology, free dessert, drink, a smile??? She was so smug. She just didn't care and I get the sense they don't need clientele as they may have a following. I doubt that will last forever. We left before eating. Good luck with your attitude. Bye, Todd.
