TQLA owner. What can I say but, please revisit your staff. Starting with the GM. He was rude condescending and very unprofessional. That is not the description of great customer service. The waitress, Heather was very nice, sincere and accommodating today. That is what I call customer service. Your GM can learn a lot from her. I made a comment on Yelp while we were still there and the GM came and confronted me with a boldface lie.
