  • Molly you are by far the rudest person I've talked to I hope your calls are recorded so your supervisor or whoever is your superior is hears how unprofessional you were this morning. You need to take classes on how to provide decent customer service. If I had a member like you on my team you wouldn't last very long. By far the rudest person I've dealt with at this company. Disappointing.
