  • So me and my girlfriend went to this location as it was closest to her apartment. At first it seemed like it was a great choice. The truck had great gas mileage, and the cost wasn't too high. However after dropping off the truck we were then charged an extra day after being told we wouldn't be charged. (I called to make sure) Then after this we were charged for DOUBLE the amount of miles we used. We only used 76 but somehow we were charged for 152. When we called them they said they would take care of the charge. So it was a mistake that's fine, things like that happen. NOT. We just got a bill for the double miles we were told that we weren't getting charged for. Collections contacting us about the money is not solving the issue. Never using this location ever again or Uhaul at that matter. The sketchy charges alone made me regret going through them. The extra day charge isn't really a huge issue. The issue is the double miles. "A glitch" is a ridiculous answer for this and it seems nobody knows what is happening.
