  • I came one day that I had an appointment after dropping off my dog in daycare since it was 116 degrees outside. I get to Dr. Yu's office. I fill out the paperwork then some older lady came in and she said she was there to see Dr. Yu and needed help. The receptionist said she would see if the dr. could fit her in. I saw the lady was upset and so I said she could have my appointment. So, she took it and I came back the next day. My paperwork was filled out and i was ready to go. Next day, I am on time. I waited for an hour and a half to be seen. Once I was seen, Dr. Yu sat down with me and within 3 minutes of my exam he said "hold on for 5 minutes. " He left the room. Are you serious? Then 5 minutes later an assistant comes in and said "he will be another 5 minutes." WOW. Dr. Yu comes back and I ask him what he was doing. He said he had to oversee his nurses when they do a procedure. At my expense? I waited an hour and fourty five minutes at that point. I tell him I'm having migraines and I want botox. Over the phone his office said he does that. So, I'm there. two visits and almost 2 hours later and he said "botox is expensive. Insurance won't cover it unless we try other things first." ok. He also said he wanted me to get an MRI $$ or a cat scan to see if I have any brain tumors. Ok. Then he called in two perscriptions for me and that was it. Two hours later I was on my way to the pharmacy. No botox. Two days lost. Wouldn't go back unless I had no other options.
