  • Pros: The maintenance staff is pretty nice and quick to respond to maintenance requests Location and Price Cons: The management is pretty slow to act when you need them to get involved Shady neighbors, mostly old retirees who love to smoke in their patios all day/night Dogs walking around the complex without leashes (I was attacked and almost got bitten one time) Loud music constantly (I don't care when it's during the day because i'm at work but in the evening and late at night it gets very annoying.
