  • Corporate greed at it's worst. As if we don't pay enough for rent, we've had to power wash the exterior (it hadn't been washed in 12 years) and re-seed the yard (previous renters never cut the grass she weeds took over). I've taken immaculate care of the home and upgraded the garage. I miss one maintenance appt due to circumstances beyond my control and they charge me $75 for it. As I always say, greed is killing this country and this is a prime example. The incredibly rude staff answering the phones is not pleasant either.
