  • Decent. Not the best bbq I've had, but still good. It's more of a fusion than true Texas bbq. No beef ribs and sausage is a bit out of style. Table Mops had a Texas and a Carolina flair to them. Brisket was a bit dry, but the Pulled pork work nicely for me.
