  • A nice lady from ACE home service repair contacted me to tell us that the last company that serviced our A/C unit was purchased by ACE. She said I could get the same offer I had been given from the previous company. 19 dollars and some change to service my 2 A/C units. I said sure lets do it. So I scheduled an appointment for the next day and I ended up having to alter some plans I had, to make sure I could be there to meet the technician. I get a call 1 hour before he was suppose to show up and they said my scheduled technician was on an install and they wanted to push me back to later in the day. They also offered to come another day. Keep in mind I scheduled the appointment less that 24 hours before the guy was suppose to be there. How did he get sent out to do an install if he was scheduled to service my A/C unit just a few hours prior? It's because he was going make them more money to do an install vs doing a check up on my system. I told the lady who called to not even bother showing up if you can't be on time. I will never do business with them unfortunately because they treated me wrong right out of the gate and after reading the other reviews I'm glad I'm not having them over my house.
